What is a Mindset Coach, and how do I know if I need one?
A mindset refers to the beliefs that you hold about yourself. These beliefs influence every aspect of your life – whether it’s in your relationships, career, parenting style, or your goals. Beliefs come from your childhood, your family and friends, your teachers, or even the media – and they all get ingrained into you without you ever noticing.

In mindset coaching, Coach Bri will work with you to look at the beliefs you hold about yourself and see if they’re in alignment with who you are and where you really want to be in life. Disempowering and limiting beliefs are what create the limits and frustrations in our lives. For most people, limiting beliefs have to do with self-confidence, self-doubt and self-talk.
When working with Coach Bri, you will use different techniques, such as Mental and Emotional Release work, to help you rid yourself of the triggers and processes that keep you stuck. Coach Bri will guide you through the process of self-reflection and self-awareness which will help you learn how to raise your self-confidence, manage your anxiety, be more emotionally resilient, and in doing so you will then be able to achieve your goals and live a more fulfilled life.”
